We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credit.
- The Store Credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Process & Timelines
- Once a return request is approved, you will need to send the product back.
- It usually takes up to 7 days for us to receive the returned product.
- After we receive and inspect the product, your Store Credit will be issued within 5β7 working days.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
- Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All products purchased during annual, festive, seasonal or any other sales are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
- Since our products are not mass-manufactured, product measurements may vary from 1β3 inches as specified in the description, with possible weaving alterations depending on the lot, fabric, size, or design.
- Slight irregularities in fabrics (including pure organza and pure silk-like weaving), such as white marks, discoloration, or black marks, may indicate fabric purity and are not considered defects.
- Dimensions may vary slightly with each lot as products are not mass-produced.
- Refunds will only be processed for packages lost in transit (if shipped by us) and if we are unable to provide a replacement.
Cancellation
Orders placed via our website or other channels can be changed within 24 to 48 hours, and before the order is shipped (whichever comes first). Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If cancelled within the eligible time frame, the order amount will be issued as Store Credit.
Exchange Policy
ShopAmarra offers a 3-day exchange policy for the following reasons:
- Size issues
- Defective product
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
Note: For each item, size exchange is possible once only.
For Size Issues:
- You can request a different size of the same product.
- No additional charges are applied.
For Defective/Wrong/Damaged Products:
- You can request the same product, same size as a replacement.
- No additional charges are applied.
The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and has not been reported within 3 days of delivery) will be considered unacceptable for a return.
Returned products will be inspected at our facility before initiating an exchange.
